Life doesn't always go as planned. Relationships change, families experience challenges, and sometimes the ways we've learned to cope no longer feel like they're working. You don't have to navigate those moments alone or have it all figured out.
I’m the founder of Encompass Counseling & Wellness, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-Associate) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), as well as a proud Navy Veteran and former law enforcement professional. I work with individuals, couples, families and youth, who may be experiencing relationship challenges, family conflict, substance use concerns, life transitions, or personal struggles.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where your experiences are respected, and where you can develop tools that make a meaningful difference in your everyday life. Whether you're hoping to strengthen a relationship, reconnect with your family, support your child, work through a difficult transition, or simply understand yourself a little better, we can start where you are.
"Healing begins with connection. Let's work together to create the life, relationships, and future you deserve."
